Veteran left back Carson Pickett joined Denver Summit FC ahead of the club’s inaugural 2026 season, bringing elite experience, leadership, and championship pedigree to the backline. A 2024 NWSL Champion and Shield winner, two-time NWSL Best XI honoree, and U.S. international, Pickett has signed a multi-year deal through the 2027 season.

Across her NWSL career, Pickett has made 185 appearances, scoring six goals and recording 16 assists, including a league-leading six assists in 2022. She captured the 2024 NWSL Championship and Shield with Orlando Pride and has also played for Seattle Reign FC, North Carolina Courage, and Racing Louisville FC, in addition to multiple loan spells with Brisbane Roar in Australia. Her accolades include two NWSL Best XI selections, two Defender of the Year finalist honors, and a 2022 NWSL Challenge Cup title with the Courage, where she earned All-Tournament Team recognition.

Internationally, Pickett debuted for the United States Women’s National Team in 2022, becoming the first player with a limb difference to appear for the senior squad.
