Club 5280 Member Policies and Procedures

The following terms and conditions (the “5280 Membership Agreement”) apply to the Club 5280 Continuous Membership Program (individually, a “Membership,” collectively, the “Memberships”).

The following terms and conditions apply to the Club 5280 Continuous Membership Program (individually, a “Membership,” collectively, the “Memberships”).

Under these terms and conditions “Denver Summit FC” (“DSFC”) means the professional National Women’s Soccer League (“NWSL”) team operated by Colorado Women’s Soccer Coalition, LLC and “Member” means an individual or entity who has purchased or is in possession of a Membership. A “Season” shall mean the regular season of DSFC as determined by NWSL each calendar year, but shall exclude pre-season and post-season. The breach of any of the terms and conditions contained herein will automatically terminate the grant of license and benefits provided by the Membership.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP AND PAYMENT TERMS

By purchasing a Membership, you are joining the Club 5280 Continuous Membership Program that will automatically renew every year under the following payment terms:

1. Membership Term.  Membership begins when the Membership Fee (defined below) is paid with initial registration and automatically renewed each calendar year until the Membership is cancelled or Member opts-out of autorenewal.  

2.Payment.

  • Annual Plan: Members will be charged the non-refundable Membership fee of $52.80 (“Membership Fee”) on the date they initially sign up.  
  • This payment may be made using Member’s preferred electronic payment method which includes, ApplePay, Googlepay, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa (each a “Credit Card”).  
  • The immediately succeeding January 1, and each January 1 thereafter, unless member opts-out of autorenewal or the Membership is cancelled during the season, Member will be charged the Membership Fee to the Credit Card method stored in their profile, and their Membership will automatically renew for another calendar year.    

2. Automatic Membership Renewal.

Unless Member affirmatively opted-out at registration, the Membership will automatically renew on January 1 of each calendar year. 

Denver Summit FC will send a renewal notice to Members at least 30 days prior to the renewal deadline each year (i.e., no later than December 1 of each calendar year). The renewal notice will specify any new pricing for the Member’s program cost for the upcoming year, any changes to the Membership benefits, and information for how to cancel a Membership, or opt-out of the following year’s auto-renewal.  

Members may cancel their Membership for the upcoming year any time before the deadline by contacting a member of the Denver Summit FC Ticket Sales Team or by filling out this form. 

A Member who opt-outs of the next year’s Membership will retain Membership status for the remainder of the current year.

If notice of cancellation is not received by Denver Summit FC within the time frame specified above, the Membership  shall be automatically renewed for the upcoming year and the Member’s payment shall be due and payable on January 1. 

The Membership cannot be paused for any period of time. If a Member chooses to cancel the Membership for any period, the Member will need to re-establish Membership, subject to availability, and be subject to the then-current Member pricing and benefits.
