(A) Information You Provide
We collect personal information from you when you submit it to us, including when you register on the Site, participate in online contests, surveys, or games, sign-up for a newsletter or subscription, place an order for merchandise, contact us, or purchase tickets to one of our events. - Information about your use of the Services collected through as “cookies” and “web beacons” (which are also called clear GIFs, pixel tags, tracking pixels or just ‘pixels’). “Cookies” are small data files that are stored by your web browser when you interact with a website. “Web beacons” are small graphic images (usually invisible) that can be embedded in content and ads on a webpage that track usage of the Site and effectiveness of communication.

- As necessary if we believe that there has been a violation of the Site terms of use or of our rights or the rights of any third party;
- To respond to legal process (such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order) and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law;
In the event that our business or substantially all of its assets are acquired, your personal information may be one of the transferred assets; and

We may also disclose aggregate or de-identified data to third parties for any purpose permitted under applicable law. We do not share SMS opt-in consent with any third parties for solicitation purposes.

(A) Opting Out of Direct Marketing and Other Advertising
If you have agreed to receive communications or solicitations from us, and you later change your mind, you can revise your preferences by contacting us at the address listed above, or via email at info@Denversummitfc.com. You also may opt out of receiving all future promotional e-mails from us by clicking on an opt-out or “unsubscribe” link within the promotional e-mail you receive. Please understand that if you opt out of receiving promotional correspondence from us, we may still contact you in connection with your other relationship, activities, transactions and communications with us. You may also opt out of our SMS messages by texting “STOP” or another applicable keyword to the short code applicable to the particular SMS Service (as further described below).
(B) “Do Not Track”
Your browser may offer you a “Do Not Track” option, which allows you to signal to operators of websites and web applications and services that you do not want them to track your online activities. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, the Site and Services do not support Do Not Track requests at this time.

(D) Exercising Your Rights
You may submit requests to delete, correct, access a copy and/or know personal information we have collected about you by accessing our webform at www.Denversummitf.com/pages/privacy-request. You will be asked to provide certain personal information when submitting your request, including your relationship with Colorado Women’s Soccer Coalition LLC, first and last name, email address, telephone number and postal address, in order for us to determine if your information is in our systems.
(E) Request Verification
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.
If you submit the request through an authorized agent, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity before processing your request and the agent will need to provide a written and signed permission from you to submit such request on your behalf.

This Privacy Policy replaces any earlier version. You should review this Privacy Policy periodically as we may modify it from time to time. If we change our Privacy Policy in the future, we will post the changed Privacy Policy on the homepage of the Site and other locations where the policy was previously posted. You will be able to determine what version of the Privacy Policy applies by the “Effective Date” placed under the title.
